The Locomotive Hotel has been forced to shut its doors due to the COVD-19 only a few months after the complete renovation and refurbishment of the building. As a result we are offering short term leases for these pub rooms. For a period of roughly 6 months, the rooms will be leased as residential units.
- Rent includes water, electricity and gas bills.
- Each room is fully furnished with linen included - as pictured.
- Owner washes all linen for tenants every Monday.
- Small Rooms are $200p/wk & Large Rooms are $250p/wk.
- Common areas are fully furnished and equip with appliances - shared use.
- Only accepting short term leases starting at 3 months maximum w/ potential to extend.

Please note: The bar & bistro areas of the pub are not operational & will not be operating as long as the COVD-19 shutdowns are in place.
